Good kayaks
Got my delivery from them and the delivery company damaged it so I emailed galaxy and received good customer service. I had was I needed to tighten everything up because all the screws were loose. The first Time I had it out one of the pedals was making a squeaking noise and after 10 minutes of it doing it it fell off.

This is the best kayak I ever had ( my husband words). The quality is perfect, plenty of space and last but not least, it is very stable. I bought it for my husband for Christmas and next 10 birthdays xaxaxa, but I can see on his face that everything I wrote is true. Above & beyond customer service
I ordered a new hatch for my Cruz tandem kayak, but mistakenly selected the wrong size. I flagged this, and was told by Will that the cruz tandem is no longer in production and spares are not available, BUT he would take one from an ex-demo unit for me. Exceptionally good service, thanks WIll.

Ordering was easy, and delivery was swift and on time . Just the mounts and rod holder were missing, which was resolved quickly with an email. The parts were sent the next day with 24 hr royal mail postage.
Great bit of kit, looking forward to the maiden voyage.

Although I am very happy with my kayak. I would like to upgrade to a motorised drive. Unfortunately nobody can tell me why they are out of stock or when they are likely to be in stock again. They said they were probably bringing out an updated motorised drive but cannot say when or how much it will cost.

Overall a good experience
Overall I was happy with my business with galaxy. Kayak arrived with some minor damage. Courier did not inform me 30 mins prior to delivery time (which I agreed with courier the previous night) therefore I was not home for delivery and inspection of the kayak. Others than that all good. 8/10

Great kayak, delighted with the service and delivery
After doing quite a bit of research I was beginning to become dismayed at the prospect of getting a kayak delivered to northern ireland. However having found Galaxy I was delighted with the delivery speed and cost. Not just that but I must say I'm absolutely delighted with the kayak, which is of great quality and travels beautifully. Well done Galaxy Kayaks!

Relative Newbie
I had done some kayaking and used open canoes a few times. When we moved to a coastal town we decided to get a couple of sit on top kayaks. Mine handled like a pig but was still fun. I decided to upgrade to one I could go fishing on and saw the reviews of the Cruz and decided to get one.
It arrived safely and I managed to use it in an early Autumn session.
Loved it from the get-go! Light to carry, plenty of storage and with a decent built quality feel. On the water it handled really nicely and felt stable in the wake of boats. I look forward to many more outings on the Cruz.

Delivery went wrong
Although not entirely their fault, the courier (FedEx) messed up the delivery very badly.
After a week waiting for my parcel and sending emails asking what is happening, turns out my parcel apparently fell of the van and someone picked it up (15mn away driving from home).
I managed to get it back, the parcel was fine, but FedEx send me an email saying the parcel was delivered fine with proof of delivery!
Let's hope it was a one off, but no apologie from either galaxy kayak or FedEx on that matter...
