Galaxy Kayaks works with top UK & Ireland logistics companies to ensure that your kayak arrives in perfect condition, as quickly as possible.
Delivery Times
Mainland UK - We will strive to dispatch your order as soon as possible after you place your order. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email and you can expect delivery within 2-5 working days after its dispatch, delivery times are dependant on your delivery address location in relation to our Midlands based courier. Dispatch takes place on the following days every week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Scottish Highlands *** - Shipping costs & delivery times to the islands vary. Delivery depends on the day of the order and the day ships sail to the islands. The kayaks usually don't take longer than 5-7 working days to arrive at your door.
Please note that there is a surcharge** for deliveries to the following post codes -
PO30-PO41 = £15.00
AB & Grampians = £10.00
IV, KW, PA, PH33-PH40 = £25.00
**Payment of these surcharges will be taken over the phone once your order has been confirmed.
Northern Ireland - Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days.
Republic of Ireland - please note shipping includes a £40 customs charge. Delivery usually takes 5 working days.

Accessories have a fixed transport cost as per each listing.
Check before accepting deliveries -
Please thoroughly check your kayak as soon as it arrives. If there is any issue please report them to us immediately and be sure to make the delivery driver aware of these damages. Photograph damage where relevant. IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO OPEN AND INSPECT THE DELIVERY WHILST THE DRIVER IS WAITING, PLEASE SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE AS "NOT INSPECTED/UNOPENED". You must inspect and report any damage within 24 hours of delivery. Damage outside of this time frame are not covered by our warranty.
Every kayak comes wrapped in plastic seal with cardboard and card protector on the bottom side of the kayak in order to protect it during transport as much as possible. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that our products arrive in "new" condition, due to the size and weight of the kayaks, slight scratching may occur. As long as the integrity of the boat is not compromised, we are happy to work with you to ensure you are happy with your product.
Accessories that are included in the model, pack or series are inserted within the original packaging of the kayak and then resealed.
For Fisher models, the swivel rod holders are stored in the front hatch of the kayak in order for them to arrive in the best condition possible.
