Delighted with my Fuego Kayak
I ordered the Fuego kayak in the summer sale. It was the best like for like I could find. Despite me being based in N.Ireland delivery was very reasonably priced and cheaper than the competitors! The kayak made its way to me in a few days - much quicker than I'd anticipated. The kayak itself is 100%. It ticks all the boxes and came with the seat and paddle. I've used it twice now at sea and it's perfect for my needs. It's sturdy and reliable. Overall, I'm delighted with it.

Fuego HV Ultra Kayak
Excellent customer service from my initial enquiry to delivery. Great advice regarding specific models to suit my requirements. The kayak is superb on the water - it is stable and easy to handle. It also looks really smart. In summary, a fantastic product and great customer service.

great for the price
Great little kayak for messing about. Obviously not as good as the more expensive ones but worth the money. I've had it in the sea and it handles well. Very pleased.

Fast delivery
Ordered a trolling motor bracket. Needed it really quick as I was off for a holiday. The freindly chap said that he will sort it out for me. The bracket arriver the next day. Super helpful. I have 2 kayaks from these guys and they never disappoint.

Galaxy Strike Amazing
I brought a Galaxy Strike from this company Galaxy Kayaks uk. what can I say first of all customer service was amazing they gave me all the help I needed to make the right decisions and correct choices which I was so thankful. When I received my Strike it was packed really well to my surprise and I also got a follow up call to check that everything was OK great customer service. I love this kayak it has so many features and I can weight to use it as I have a parsual tear in my left elbow so will have to wait till I am fit enough to get it out on the water . Many thanks Galaxy kayaks uk for a great product 10 out of 10

When I ordered my kayak fuego
I screwed up on my Gmail and the customer service at Galaxy kayak is astonishing because they helped me resend the email to me and two blokes came to my door in about a week delivered it very friendly and tested the kayak and it was amazing. It was very light very quick on the water and very agile And I also order support with the H trolley and the trolley is very light. You can pack it in the kayak and it is definitely worth it and I would recommend it.

Galaxy cruz ultra
Brought for fishing in a harbour and sheltered shore lines. Perfect for my needs, very stable and not too heavy to lift on and off the car. Delivery was fast and easy. I ordered it in sage colour but received it in black. Otherwise perfect

Ready for adventure!
Having taken up kayaking again after a 40 year gap, I wanted to add a double sit on kayak to my "fleet" (now numbering 2!).
Galaxy kayaks were my 'go to'; great customer service, fantastic product and great value. Highly recommended. Thanks Galaxy, happy paddling!

Galaxy Wildcat
I ordered two Galaxy Wildcats and they arrived a few days later. Assembled the pedal drives (you need a 17mm spanner), added the Railblaza accessories and headed off for a sea trial. Following a 7 hour fishing trip I can that the seating is far better than sitting water. Seriously comfortable compared to my previous Galaxy kayak. The sea was a little rough but the kayak was extremely stable. The pedal drive allowed me to fish while maintaining position which is a massive bonus.
I did pose a few questions as one seat had a mark on it. The response from Galaxy was don’t worry we will send you new one out by close of play. Wow that’s what I call customer service….. it doesn’t get better than that.
This is my second kayak from Galaxy have this upgrade to my previous 7 year old fishing kayak.
Highly recommended and well priced.
