Ordering was easy, and delivery was swift and on time . Just the mounts and rod holder were missing, which was resolved quickly with an email. The parts were sent the next day with 24 hr royal mail postage.
Great bit of kit, looking forward to the maiden voyage.

I’ve received my new kayak within 4 days of ordering and was very well wrapped and without any damage, I had the extra accessories missing and two screws missing from seat and I emailed galaxy kayaks , and they replied very quickly and posted items next day, very happy with service. I’ve been out fishing 3 times now and please with kayak but just getting used to it ,as the other one I have all my gear set up different, but won’t take to long for me to get sorted , to do all types of fishing

Ordering was very easy. Slight delay on delivery but I believe this was down to the courier. Customer service was very helpful. Kayak came in brilliant condition and very well wrapped. Can’t wait to test it out.

My first kayak galaxy sturgeon fx
Brilliant service from the start placed my order arrived two days later well packaged. Seat and peddles came with the kayak so didn't have ti wait to get on the water. Will definitely be shooting again with you guys thanks

Galaxy Sturgeon FX
A few niggles with the quality of the accessories but they were dealt with really quickly and effectively. Easy enough to assemble if you are mechanically minded but really could do with some instructions particularly about how to set up the rudder.
I will recommend Galaxy Kayaks to my friends who are in the market for a pedal kayak.

Sturgeon fx and extras
Kayak arrived quickly and packed very well to keep it protected. After waiting a little longer than expected for the 2nd part of delivery (seat & pedal drive) I contacted them out of curiosity and they apologized for the wait as they had a busy Xmas period and said it would be with me the next day. Customer service is perfect and looking forward to buying the extra bits that I’m going to need. Thanks very much

Galaxy Review
Hi
I found the ordering process very easy and most Items arrived on time.
The staff were very helpful (especially Graham) and answered all my questions.
I took the kayak out for a test run this weekend and was very impressed with the handling and stability of the product.
Areas of improvement – the seat was a disappointment especially the lower level and the rudder is extremely difficult to lift and drop.
All in all though, good product and excellent service.
