Perfect kayaks and service
I have recently purchased a Galaxy Force kayak and I'm very happy with what I received. Kayak looks great and well made, has been delivered in perfect condition, wrapped very well so no tiniest scratch on it.
Guys from Galaxy Kayaks are very friendly and helpful.
I'm very happy I choosed this shop over other ones.

Galaxy Kayaks - HIGHLY recommended!
As a 'larger' (119kg) and completely inexperienced kayaker (I have now been out 4 times...) I could not recommend Galaxy Kayaks enough. Free delivery is also (IMHO) absolutely amazing and took (for me) 5 days which is really, really good! I love my new kayak and as an older user this is my new hobby (along with cycling) to keep me going for many years to go - many thanks Galaxy!

Having purchased this upgrading from the Galaxy Force, can't fault it, amazing stability, loads of storage and customizable with the rail mounts. Would 100% buy again if I ever needed to. Midnight storm hits the spot!

So I have been waiting to review this kayak until I had been out a few times in it.
I am 52 years old and a smidge over 19 stone! with outriggers I am able to go out to sea and enjoy a very comfortable days fishing. the seat is brilliant and very comfortable. the pedal drive is nice and easy to use although I am working on my exercise bike at home to increase range. I have since purchased the electric motor for the sturgeon and I am surprised at how good it is. there is plenty of storage for all your gear. overall a very good fishing kayak that is suitable for all size of fisherman. Customer service was top quality when I bought the Kayak and the staff are more than happy to help you with any issues you may have.

All round excellent!
Great kayak! Sturdy, comfy, easy to handle and includes useful extra touches, including a waterproof (tried and tested in the sea) storage compartment. The wheels are a must, especially for the hill at Cayton Bay (if you know, you know) but it is still light enough for me to slide onto the top of my Peugeot Partner easily on my own.
Before buying, I needed to ask a question and was impressed that the live chat was responded to at 21:30 on a Friday. I ordered that night and received it on the Tuesday. Great communication from the couriers.
All round, I've had a great experience and love the kayak.

Graham is a star and the kayaks are equally good

great and stable, little bit wider
thought id give these a go since they are new to when i placed a previous order, lots of handles, storage etc.
havnt used with a motor but looks stable enough.
purchased a few kayaks a few years ago and added a few more to our water safety team for triathlon.

Quick efficient service
Cant fault the dealings with Galaxy, all seemed quick, efficient and customer friendly.

Fantastic Customer Service!
I contacted Galaxy Kayaks over the weekend as my kayak was taking on water and the labrador was making it worse! I received a response telling me exactly what I needed (and what size!) With a link! Simple!
I am now looking forward to shopping with them again for all of my future kayaking needs! 5 star service and I highly recommend!

Drain plug
In my opinion this item is overpriced. On the galaxy kayak site the item pictured shows the plug and the plate which screws onto the Hull for £4.49 and the postage is another £4 odd. I actually received just the plug in a letter sized jiffy bag . Delivery was very quick however. But I'm not happy and feel slightly cheated.

Great value and great service.
Both items were delivered quickly and without any problems.
