Galaxy customer service is 5-star
My husband gave me my kayak for my 70th birthday, during the pandemic, and since I live on a tidal tributary of the Thames I can only go out when the tide is suitable, but I have been out almost every day possible since then (nearly 6 years). I love my Kayak so much I keep wearing bits out, and losing screws - this hatch was the latest thing to go, but the team were very helpful in making sure I replaced it with the right item. Thanks!

New seat!!!!
Bought a second hand kayak which I am well pleased with, however no seat apart from the moulded one. Step forward galaxy. Ordered the seat that seems to be everywhere for a very good price. Arrived fast and well packed. Opened
and was surprised at the quality for the cost, decent clips. Seat is well padded and wasn’t aware there was a special little bag on the back too! Well happy,

Great kayak and fantastic support
Kayak was dispatches and delivered quickly. Quality is great. I had a minor issue that I contacted Galaxy Kayaks about. I received reply within 5 minutes and replacement part was sent within just over an hour. Very happy with Galaxy products and even happier about how they treat their customers. Thank you!
