Kayak was dispatches and delivered quickly. Quality is great. I had a minor issue that I contacted Galaxy Kayaks about. I received reply within 5 minutes and replacement part was sent within just over an hour. Very happy with Galaxy products and even happier about how they treat their customers. Thank you!

Great to use this trolley through the kayak scupper holes. Saves on the difficult strapping required with traditional trolleys.

Firat Rate Customer Service
Ordered a kayak online on a weekend and put a note in the comments about some of the details and availability of other stock.
They phoned me on Monday morning. Helped me out and guided me brilliantly. Kayak arrived within a week and has been great. Fully deserved 5 stars for customer service and product.

Galaxy Force Kayak
Bought this to replace an inflatable kayak and what an upgrade. It is a brilliant bit of kit so much so my better half has claimed it as her own and I have now ordered another Galaxy Kayak for myself. Have only been out a couple of times on small lochs but looking forward to getting out more now the weather is improving. Everything went smooth and I was kept updated as needed. Delivered very quickly after ordering

Galaxy force kayak
Chose this kayak after using the chat function on the website. Got excellent advice on which kayak would be most suited to my needs. Canoe arrived quickly and was well packaged. I have been out on a loch and it handled very well despite it being fairly windy and choppy. Looking forward to getting back out. The only slightly negative comment I would make is that the paddle it came with is fairly short. I ended up using a longer paddle that I already had.
All in all very happy with the kayak, advice and price I received from galaxy. One other point to note is that at 21kg it is very easy to get on and off the car roof.

Picked up a Bargain
Saw this as part of a clearance sale so picked it up cheaper than usual a week or two ago. Delivered promptly and finally took it out on the water today. No problems on the canal or gentle river I use and less bulky than my 2/3 person inflatable that I was using. Very happy.

Perfect!
These kayaks are great! They are slightly wider than ones we’ve used before, but that’s a good thing because we have so much more room and lots of storage which for us was great as we like to load up lots of stuff and kayak to private beaches where we can spend the day! Anyway well worth getting, we got in the black, it looks really slick.
