If you’re on the fence about buying a new fishing kayak, like I was, I can’t recommend Galaxy enough. The product is amazing and built so well. Was delivered in three days but more than that, the best customer service I’ve experienced. You’re not put through to some robot. If there’s an issue, they will sort it out, which they did for me. The guy who dealt with me named Luke made it so easy, which goes a long way. I Highly recommend.

Cruz tandem
Excellent service from start to finish. I have seen many different tandem kayaks and they come with flimsy seats that barely give support but this kayak is extremely great quality, the seats are thick and padded offering great support if you are looking for great value for money and quick delivery then I would highly recommend galaxy kayaks to purchase your kayak.

Recently ordered the Sturgeon Fx3 and couldn't be happier with it. The whole process from ordering, delivery and setting up went so smoothly. Been out on the kayak twice already and have already planned my next trip. I Highly recommend this boat, brilliant!!

I ordered the Strike with motor and other extras. The delivery was very quick and efficient . There was a small problem with a damaged item but when I told them a new part was sent next day. Great firm and products

Galaxy force kayak
Chose this kayak after using the chat function on the website. Got excellent advice on which kayak would be most suited to my needs. Canoe arrived quickly and was well packaged. I have been out on a loch and it handled very well despite it being fairly windy and choppy. Looking forward to getting back out. The only slightly negative comment I would make is that the paddle it came with is fairly short. I ended up using a longer paddle that I already had.
All in all very happy with the kayak, advice and price I received from galaxy. One other point to note is that at 21kg it is very easy to get on and off the car roof.

Picked up a Bargain
Saw this as part of a clearance sale so picked it up cheaper than usual a week or two ago. Delivered promptly and finally took it out on the water today. No problems on the canal or gentle river I use and less bulky than my 2/3 person inflatable that I was using. Very happy.

Perfect!
These kayaks are great! They are slightly wider than ones we’ve used before, but that’s a good thing because we have so much more room and lots of storage which for us was great as we like to load up lots of stuff and kayak to private beaches where we can spend the day! Anyway well worth getting, we got in the black, it looks really slick.
