Excellent service
This is my first kayak which I purchased after using the online chat facility provided by Galaxy to narrow down which would be the best choice to start with. They suggested the “Cruz “ which I am very happy with and look forward to getting out on the sea with.
Galaxy have proved to provide a very good service with really good communications.

Kayak, buoyancy aid and kayak roof bars ordered on Sunday, delivered to Northern Ireland on the following Thursday, well packaged. Kayak is just what I wanted. I would certainly use Galaxy Kayaks again!

competitive price, Great quality, fast delivery
Ordered Kayak and trolley on Friday evening, very prompt delivery as it arrived before lunch on following Tuesday. It was very well wrapped and arrived in perfect condition. Hasn't been used yet, but all stored safely on rack waiting for some warmer weather! My only criticism was I wasn't advised it was arriving, it was lucky I was home. Otherwise brilliant service. Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent Service - Cruz Pro Angler
When placing my order the team at Galaxy Kayaks couldn't of been more helpful and although there were a couple of items missing from my order upon delivery they were dispatched under separate cover without delay.
I have not had time to try out my new Cruz Pro Angker Kayak yet but it looks well made and perfect for my requirements.
Would certainly recommend Galaxy Kayaks and will definitely use them again in the future.

Supernova in camo blue
Purchased a Supernova using the November discount code, so got a great price. The kayak arrived within 3 days of placing the order and was very well packaged. Unwrapped and assembled I am very pleased with the product. Very well made, lots of room and a very functional design. The seat is very comfy I can't wait to get it out on the water to test the pedal drive. Very pleased customer.

40mm plugs. Got plugs as spares to carry. They fit well. I got them for my Galaxy Kayak from Galaxy to ensure they they fitted and do the job.

Motor mounting bracket
Nicely designed so that motor can be folded up out of the water when needed..
Looks to be well made and comes with all fixings ready to fit straight to kayak.

Galaxy Review
Hi
I found the ordering process very easy and most Items arrived on time.
The staff were very helpful (especially Graham) and answered all my questions.
I took the kayak out for a test run this weekend and was very impressed with the handling and stability of the product.
Areas of improvement – the seat was a disappointment especially the lower level and the rudder is extremely difficult to lift and drop.
All in all though, good product and excellent service.

Received my kayak promptly a few scratches from being dragged on the ground . To make sure the rudder cables are tight use a v small hex key then fold the cables back doubled and put a cable tie on each.

Superb service
I had a problem with the lid on one of the hatches on the kayak I'd purchased and Galaxy just replaced this straight away and covered the postage cost of this second order. Superb service and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great job !

Fabulous well kitted-out Kayak
We bought ours back in July, for sea fishing off the Dorset Coast and were not disappointed. The Cruz is very stable and well kitted out with plenty of stowage and cuts through the waves well. We opted for Paradise Blue which looks fabulous and also easy to spot in a busy sea off Sandbanks ! and all at a very reasonable price.
