Brilliant service!

I recently lost a supper bung from my kayak and needed a replacement in a hurry. It was a Friday morning and I needed to go out in the kayak on Saturday. I thought I might have to resort to the dreaded Website that Shall Remain Nameless for their next day delivery. But having faffed about for ages trying to find the right bung, I gave up and phoned Galaxy's Customer Service. They put me through to the parts dept. and within minutes I had bought the right thing and the lovely chap on the phone promised to get it in the post right away. You can imagine my delight when it arrived on Saturday morning, in time for the tide! Thanks, Galaxy!

Galaxy Sturgeon FX

A few niggles with the quality of the accessories but they were dealt with really quickly and effectively. Easy enough to assemble if you are mechanically minded but really could do with some instructions particularly about how to set up the rudder. I will recommend Galaxy Kayaks to my friends who are in the market for a pedal kayak.

Excellent quality kayak. I have 2 now, my son and myself use for fishing at sea in pembrokeshire. Can't fault the quality. Highly recommend the cruz model, very stable on the water.

LAZY-BOYS H-FRAME KAYAK TROLLEY WITH BEACH WHEELS

Galaxy FX and trolly

Ordered my Galaxy FX in orange camo and lazy boy H frame trolley after several phone calls to Galaxy Kayaks for advice on what would suit my needs the best. Seat, trolly and other bits arrived within 48 hours. Kayak arrived the following day! We are in Inverness in the Highlands of Scotland and had over 5 inches of snow when Kayak arrived. Now that is service!!! Can’t recommend Galaxy high enough for friendly helpfulness and no pressure sales. Thanks guys!

Great product, helpful people

The Cruz Tandem I ordered is great and even though I had some problems getting it delivered (got a totally different kayak at first) the guys at Galaxy were really quick to put things right. Super-responsive and helpful. Great product, great people.

Sturgeon fx and extras

Kayak arrived quickly and packed very well to keep it protected. After waiting a little longer than expected for the 2nd part of delivery (seat & pedal drive) I contacted them out of curiosity and they apologized for the wait as they had a busy Xmas period and said it would be with me the next day. Customer service is perfect and looking forward to buying the extra bits that I’m going to need. Thanks very much

Reasonable

It took some time getting through to someone who could answer a query about postage that was mis-priced originally but once that issue had been addressed it was straightforward and quick delivery. That said the product I received looked nothing like the picture which shows adjustability when in use whereas the pieces I received are not. Hopefully that won't be an issue once I get the kayak set up and ready for the adventure I have planned for it.

Hi, just bought my 2nd galaxy Cruz kayak, absolutely love them as do my kids, great for fishing or just a leisurely paddle around my local loch, Loch Lomond would highly recommend.

Wahoo S Series

quick delivery

ordered my wahoo over the holidays and soon as they got back my kayak was delivered 3 days later .. rest of the kit arrived a couple of days later but that was down to courier issues,, had used it yet but looks the dog bollocks

Recycled Rebel

I bought the Rebel kayak at Christmas, first Impression is of a very well made and capable boat, I was attracted to the fact that is was made with recycled plastic, I am not a fan of buying new so this is a way to reuse..., I have not been out yet (it's Jan and -2) but looking forward to it..:)

Arrived in very good time. Not had the chance to use it yet. My only concern is it arrived a bit scuffed underneath on the front there was extra padding on the back of the packaging but not the front. can't wait to get out fishing on it
