Great Tandem kayak
I purchased the Tahiti tandem a few weeks ago, delivery and customer service were 5 star. I brought this so the family could get involved with my passion being a sit in kayaker.
Construction was study. Lots of attachments and accessories you normally pay extra for, the paddles, life lines and more. The seats were really comfortable even after 2 hours on the water. What I really like was the control. I took my wife out who has never done this before and she loved it. Very responsive, plus I found it ease to control even when It was only me paddling. Overall I am really impressed. A lot of kayak for your money.

Galaxy force
Couldn't find many reviews as the force is new to.the range but took the leap and purchased one. Quick delivery and a well built kayak, looks stunning in paradise blue. Description states 2 built in rod holders but mine has 4 built in and have to purchase the swivel mount seperate. Still yet to use on the water but would recommend from what I've seen so far.

We bought this lovely kayak for my granddaughter who is nearly 7 and she loves it. My husband has the larger version and the quality is good. We were kept upto date with the couriers too and are really impressed. I would highly recommend this company.

I recently purchased foot rests for my tandem Kayak, the on-line ordering was easy and it arrived quickly.
unfortunately the small washers did nit fit the bolts. I rang Galaxy and spoke with a very friendly and helpful lady who said said she would pass on my details to the relevant person.
the following day i received an email saying replacement washers were in the post. Can't really ask for more !

Fuego Kayak - Love it!
5 stars but courier service was poor. Left the kayak on remnant aggregate (form a patio lay) and then as I said "what about inspection?" he said "no need" and walked off, then asked for a review.
Anyway, the kayak itself and the speed from Galaxy Kayaks was great so absolutely no complaints there. I'm so glad I went hard shell as well. Even for sit on top the foot supports are a useful feature.

Kayak is very good quality and is extremely smooth on my local river and handles well. Feels safe a secure.
Only negative was the poor communication from the delivery company used, I.e there was little to none, but it got here safely eventually.

I’ve received my new kayak within 4 days of ordering and was very well wrapped and without any damage, I had the extra accessories missing and two screws missing from seat and I emailed galaxy kayaks , and they replied very quickly and posted items next day, very happy with service. I’ve been out fishing 3 times now and please with kayak but just getting used to it ,as the other one I have all my gear set up different, but won’t take to long for me to get sorted , to do all types of fishing

Easy to assemble and the bars/wheels fit nicely in the back of the force kayak when in the water, shame I can't post a photo of how it fits.

Easy and quick ordering online, kayak arrived well wrapped an in perfect condition.Cant wait to get out in it. It was out for delivery the next day but the courier took a week to deliver this was down to the courier and not galaxy kayaks.

Outstanding customer service
I recently ordered a tandem kayak from this company. It was straight forward and the communication from them and the delivery company has been spot on- it was dispatched within a day of ordering. I placed another order for accessories for the kayak and had a glitch with my phone. Not only did they reply to my enquiry, I received a phone call to ensure the issue was resolved. Excellent service, and I know the kayak will be superb when it arrives.

Perfect for my kayak.
Light weight, easy to assemble and easy to carry on board.
Fits neatly into the drainage holes - which hold it stable whilst in use.

Ordering was very easy. Slight delay on delivery but I believe this was down to the courier. Customer service was very helpful. Kayak came in brilliant condition and very well wrapped. Can’t wait to test it out.
