Above & beyond customer service
I ordered a new hatch for my Cruz tandem kayak, but mistakenly selected the wrong size. I flagged this, and was told by Will that the cruz tandem is no longer in production and spares are not available, BUT he would take one from an ex-demo unit for me. Exceptionally good service, thanks WIll.

Easy fix
The replacement handle came very quickly in first class mail.
It was super easy to replace and is now good as new.
I highly recommend Galaxy kayaks as they sell a variety of spare parts at affordable prices, making maintenance super easy!
