The new Galaxy Rebel is the first 100% recycled plastic kayak from Galaxy Kayaks. This kayak is designed for people who want to experience unforgettable moments in nature with the smallest carbon footprint available from Galaxy Kayaks. 

The Rebel, like its name suggests, is a kayak that goes against the norm, starting with its construction materials made from plastic scraps and then re-structured using state-of-the-art facilities at our new factory in Europe. 

This kayak measures 272cm in length and 82cm in width, making this a great all round kayak for those who want to go on new adventures. The Rebel comes with one central hatch, to store small items at hand. Having one hatch allows for more legroom, which means it’s a great kayak even for those with longer legs. 

The Rebel is an ideal leisure kayak for people who want to get started with kayaking as it's easy to transport and only weighs 22kg. It’s dynamic profile and keel design make this a fast kayak for its size and its flat bottom and design ensures good stability.

This Kayak Includes:

Rear storage area with bungees: comes with orange bungees as standard. This area makes it easy to transport items on the kayak.

1 large central hatch: for easy access and general storage

1 splash bag: that comes within the hatch. Note, we recommend storing any fragile items, such as mobile phones, in dedicated waterproof containers (see Galaxy Dry Bags) as humidity and condensation can still get within the splash bag

4 drainage points: located around the kayak allowing you to choose where to drain water whilst maintaining desired areas dry

4 scupper plugs: made from high quality rubber. Insert and remove when required for self-drainage system to activate

1 x bow and stern handle: for easy transport of your kayak

2 x side handles: for easy transport of your kayak

2 paddle clips: to safely store your paddle when not in use

5 molded foot braces: for comfortable positioning whilst paddling

10 D rings: for easy clip-on of items such as seats
