Blanking Plate - reviews

Kayak arrived quickly and packed very well to keep it protected. After waiting a little longer than expected for the 2nd part of delivery (seat & pedal drive) I contacted them out of curiosity and they apologized for the wait as they had a busy Xmas period and said it would be with me the next day. Customer service is perfect and looking forward to buying the extra bits that I’m going to need. Thanks very much

Hi I found the ordering process very easy and most Items arrived on time. The staff were very helpful (especially Graham) and answered all my questions. I took the kayak out for a test run this weekend and was very impressed with the handling and stability of the product. Areas of improvement – the seat was a disappointment especially the lower level and the rudder is extremely difficult to lift and drop. All in all though, good product and excellent service.
