Fantastic Service as Always
Ordered some replacement bits for my kayak as one paddle mount had gone missing. Parts arrived very fast and the live chat was Fantastic in pointing me in the right direction as to what I needed.

Accessories purchade
Super quick, super helpful, even answering the "chat" was brilliant! Then when the stuff arrived it was all marked in envelopes as to what it was....which is very helpful to a kayak first timer!! Great service all round. Thank you

Replacement Screws
I needed a simple replacement screw for my kayak. It was easy to navigate the Galaxy website to find exactly what I wanted, and even easier to place the order. All in all, took me less than a minute or so.
My item was then sent out extremely very swiftly, even though it was just a small inexpensive order .
Well done Galaxy!!!
PS. I love your kayak - have a look at my posts on the Sit On Top Kayaking South West site. I am out on it year round on the Teign and it has never given me anything but great enjoyment.

I couldn't ask for better service
This is the second time I have needed a small replacement item - last time it was a bung, this time a screw which had worked loose on the handle; and I can honestly say the service was almost unbelievably quick and efficient - unbelievable because these days things rarely go this smoothly when you buy on line. In both cases I got the item the following day. Wonderful! Allison

Fast and Efficient!
This hasn't been my first order from GalaxyKayaks, I have recently just paid off my Sturgeon Kayak and I will also include some feedback on that - Items were promptly delivered within a 3 day window as well as coming packaged well and labelled appropriately. Regarding the Order of the Kayak, there were some missing items which after a small chat with the staff, had the missing parts arrive next day, Fabulous services from this company and provide nothing but the best. 10/10 from a happy returning customer.
